You drive all the way there and, no they haven't got it in stock and the customer advisors who are meant to be there to help you can't be bothered to even have a look and shrug their shoulders and say 'oh well maybe they got stolen'. Yes, of course 132 got stolen and no one notices expect the customer apparently. Get better staff Wickes!
