  Very dissapointed with Do You Spain as when we booked and prepaid for our car rental with FireFly we had not read the small print that we had to have a credit card in the drivers name to collect the car .....our mistake I know ! ..... But as I said to the DYS representative it should be clearly written on the DYS prepaid voucher where it has a subtitle .
  Collection information ........it tells you to collect car from FireFly rent a car and where they are located in the airport ..........I believe that it would be great customer service to include under this heading a reminder that you need a credit card ,passport and drivers licence in the drivers name ......
  I did not have a credit card in my name ( recently applied for a UK credit card and they did not send a pin )
  FireFly refused to release the car until I paid for their insurance 16 euros a day ......(.I had already paid 48.65 euros for a premium waiver excess insurance ).....I am sure that we are not the first to have not read all the fine print and had to go through this upset at the airport ............PLEASE BE WARNED we ended up paying around 176 euros insurance which was more than the care hire .......I have asked the DYS rep to please pass on my feed back that it should be CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE PREPAID VOUCHER ......this I am sure would not be an inconvenience to them ..............
