I had Dave who owns the company come and assess my basement flat and I showed him all the areas that needed addressing. One particular area was the ceiling above my bed which had paint peeling and cracks appearing. After the work was ‘finished’ he hadn’t touched this area. When I asked about it he said it just needs a sand over as it’s due to internal damp. Tonight during the rainstorm the water has come through the roof and soaked my bed. Don’t trust this man, he will befriend you and take your money. Be warned;-)
